Acceptance

Our Process:

After a quick deployment, we perform a quality check, inventory every room and update and report out statistics on equipment items delivered per equipment plan. At this time, we also schedule Clinical Engineering to asset tag equipment and assemble equipment too specialized for warehouse installers. 

We take the site manager to each room for audit completion and sign-off on doorsheets. Once the site manager signs off, we turn over the equipment within the space. Any identified issues get resolved before site managers accept a room.
