Planning

Our Process:

The Planning Phase is iterative and any specific piece may influence the others. However with our in-house planning methods, we can maximize efficiency.

Equipment Requirements:

Due to the iterative nature of generating an equipment list, we record decision makers and decision timestamps to ensure we understand what's needed for your space. For highly technical equipment, we obtain a second approval on the finalized quote.

Equipment List:

We perform quality assurance by answering a methodical list of questions, room by room. For example:

Budget Validation:

Before getting budgetary quotes from our list of historically competitive vendors, we go down the equipment list to make sure we understand your budget needs for each item.

Schedule Validation:

Since we work with hospitals across the country within different project stages, we have insights into various phases of logistics.

Standards Validation:

A much overlooked piece of equipment planning pertains to organizational standards.

We make sure that every piece adheres to the best practices and workflows of your organization unless specifically requested otherwise. Ultimately, standardization saves time.

Special Contracts:

Economies of scale can save hundreds of thousands of dollars. We work with your organization's supply chain to see what equipment aligns with organization-wide contracts, so we can save you money.

Spatial Fit Analysis:

We work with project architects to ensure that items spatially fit in their desired locations. We can generate custom non-MEP models and Revit Families to accurately represent items, both old and new.

ASE Book:

We create ASE books for architects to enable them to accurately design your space according to the requirements of equipment. This book also helps contractors plan for items they will need to install.
